Description

With over 8 different amino acids as well as zinc, iron and selenium, the vital mushroom Hericium has only a little sodium. It is particularly popular for its numerous polysaccharides and polypeptides as well as B vitamins, vitamin D and calcium. To produce this powder, the mushroom is gently dried and then finely ground. Perfect as a gluten- and lactose-free variant.

Recommended intake:

Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid daily and drink.
The powder can also be mixed with food (1 tsp corresponds to approx. 2g powder).
