Description

Liposomal Iron + C capsules by KAL - each of these capsules contains 18 mg of liposomal vitamin C and 18 mg of liposomal iron.
The liposomes here enclose the nutrients so they remain intact until they reach the small intestine where they break down for absorption.
The capsules are vegan and free from soy and gluten. The formulation contains iron which contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and normal immune system function.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.

Note:
An overdose of iron can lead to fatal poisoning in children. In case of an overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately.
