The Vitamin K2 200 µg capsules by ZeinPharma contain vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 (menaquinone-7). The capsules are vegan and do not contain added colours, preservatives and magnesium stearate.

Recommended dose:
Swallow 1 capsule daily with plenty of water with or after a meal. Do not chew.
