Description
The vegetable-based glucomannan capsules by ZeinPharma contain 525 mg of konjac root powder per capsule and 500 mg of pure glucomannan.
Recommended use:
- Swallow 1 to 2 capsules with plenty of still water (at least 300 ml) ten minutes before a meal, three times a day.
Notes:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- If you have difficulty swallowing capsules or do not drink enough water when you are taking them, there may be a risk of choking.
