Each of these capsules contains 400 μg Quatrefolic®. This patented folic acid is characterised by a particularly high bioavailability.

The supplement is suitable for long-term use.
One package lasts for four months (120 days).
Other names for folic acid are vitamin B9, vitamin M or vitamin B11.

Recommended use:

Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with a meal and plenty of water.
The capsule can also be opened, and the powder can be taken with a meal or drink if you have trouble swallowing capsules.
