Description

ZeinPharma® offers a high-dose capsule containing 0.25 mg of chromium per capsule.

Chromium as chromium picolinate has a high bioavailability.

Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule a day with still water (at least 200 ml).
Take before a main meal.

Note from the manufacturer:

Adding zinc or iron will make it harder for your body to absorb chromium. For this reason, it is best if you leave about 2 hours in between taking supplements. On the other hand, there are indications that taking vitamin C together with chromium leads to better bioavailability.
