Magnesium Flakes offer the perfect support for after exercise or sport.

Zechsallsport's magnesium flakes are specially developed for athletes. They are made from pure magnesium that was harvested directly from the fossilized Zechstein Sea in Holland. OptiMSM * is also included in the mix.

Recommended use:

Footbaths:
2-3 foot baths per week are recommended. Add about 125 g of magnesium flakes and about 10 grams of MSM, to about 4 litres of warm water.
Duration: 20 minutes.
Full baths:
After very strenuous exercises, take a full bath. For a full bath, use about 500 g of magnesium flakes and 50 g of MSM.
Duration: 30-45 minutes.
