These magnesium bath crystals can be used for full baths or footbaths. The dissolve in the water, allowing your skin to absorb the magnesium. The gentle cleansing effect of the bath crystals can be used for people with eczema, psoriasis and skin funguses. The resealable container has enough contents for two full sized baths or 16 footbaths. It is perfect for use before bed.
Recommended Use:
- Add 1 kg bath crystals (flakes) to a full bath. The recommended bathing temperature is 37 ° C. A bath should last at least 20 minutes, ideally 45 minutes. You can use the flakes as often as you like.
Note:
- Not suitable for use in electrical footbaths. Magnesium is corrosive to metal parts, which are present in pump systems.
