Description

In contrast to conventional wheat semolina, the spelt version is easier to digest. It is obtained during the grinding process as spelt is ground into flour. The spelt semolina is sifted out of the flour as it is ground. It can be used in many ways and is suitable for making grits, soup or desserts.
