Sponser Sport Food Whey Isolate 94 Dose

Sponser Whey Isolate 94 is produced using a gentle manufacturing process using cross-flow filtration. This removes milk sugar and fats and creates a lactose-free whey protein. In the dry substance, the powder has a protein content of 94% and is also enriched with a high BCAA content of 25%. The high-quality powder can be used equally in endurance and weight training.

Application:
Take up to approx. 30 minutes before and/or immediately after training or to supplement the daily protein intake as required.

Preparation:
Stir 25 g powder into approx. 150ml cold water or 20g powder into approx. 200ml milk and shake.
