Description
Thanks to the scientific testing on various top athletes in many different sports, the nitroflow powder is perfect for preparing for competitions or for hard training phases. The powder consists of a unique combination of New Zealand Black Currant, citrus bioflavonoids and is also vegan.
Application:
- Endurance and interval sports: daily for approx. 5 days before the competition, the last time 3 hours before the start. During 1-2 days after intensive training phases and competitions to promote recovery.
- Weight training: 2-3 hours before competitions or intensive training to support performance and recovery.
Preparation:
Dissolve the contents of the bag in approx. 150-200 ml of water.
