Description

The tasteless powder provides complex carbohydrates and is made from corn starch. The easily soluble powder is perfect for enriching food and drinks with additional carbohydrates. Maltodextrin 100 is very suitable for endurance training and competitions.

Application:

For carb loading, add 3 - 4 servings daily to the food or drinks 1 - 2 days before the competition according to the recommended intake.
Take the same amount every 2 - 3 days during intensive training phases and camps.
1 measuring spoon = approx. 12g.

Preparation:
To make an energy-rich drink, dissolve approx. 40 - 80g / litre.
