Saffron contains standardised safranal and crocin. While safranal is responsible for the intense aroma, the carotenoid crocin provides the intense colour. These capsules by Raab Vitalfood contain organic saffron extract along with acerola powder. Each capsule contains saffron extract derived from 45 saffron threads.

Recommended consumption:
Take one capsule twice daily with plenty of water.
