Description

Ginger Premium Powder is a hand-harvested, high-quality product that can be easily and practically integrated into your daily diet. It contains gingerol and shogaol, which are naturally occurring pungent substances in ginger.

Recommended dose:

Once per day - add 1 teaspoon (3 g) to 500 ml of cold juice such as orange or carrot juice or a warm soup and drink.
Add to culinary creations such as tandoori or tajine dishes where ginger can be used to enhance the flavour.
Because of the natural pungency of ginger, the manufacturer does not recommend taking it on an empty stomach.
