Description
Birch sugar is also called xylitol or xylitol. It is a sugar substitute that is similar to common table sugar in taste, appearance and sweetness. Xylitol is obtained from Finnish birch trees. Perfect for baking (with the exception of yeast dough), cooking and sweetening drinks.
Note:
- Not suitable for yeast dough.
- Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
- Store in a cool, dry and tightly closed place.
- Filling level due to technical reasons.
