Description

While exercising, you lose electrolytes through sweat. To replenish lost fluids quickly, the body needs electrolytes and carbohydrates.

Designed be a refreshing, low-calorie athletic drink that contains both magnesium and sodium.

Recommended use:

Drink 1 litre per day before and during exercise

Preparation:

Mix 20 ml of concentrate with 480 ml of cold water
