For head to toe care

Recommended use: Depending on the tub size and the hardness of the water, it may be necessary to increase the recommended dosage in order to achieve the pH value described.

Dosing tips: The basic pH value of the bath water with zeolite base bath is approx. 8.5 - 9, depending on the hardness of the water. Use twice a week for the best results. Simply sprinkle the specified amount into the water and bathe for at least 30 - 60 minutes. The optimal water temperature is 37 - 38 degrees. It is recommended to rinse the bath with hot water after each use.

Full bath: 2 heaping tablespoons
Sitz bath: 1 heaping tablespoon
Foot bath: 1 heaping teaspoon

Notes:

Alkaline baths give the water a basic pH
You should stay in a base bath longer than you would a normal full bath
