Recommended use:

It is best to take 1 sachet daily in the morning before breakfast for a few days before the trip.
To do this, stir the powder into water, milk, tea or yoghurt.
Wait at least 1 minute for the mixture to activate, stir again and then drink or eat.
Continue this procedure throughout the journey.

Tip: If you are fructose intolerant, extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes.
