Description
This flour is the perfect alternative to conventional types of flour. It is made from the press cake that remains when flaxseed is pressed for oil, and is then ground into a fine flour. This flaxseed flour is gluten-free and, with its low carbohydrate content, is perfect for low-carb cuisine. Due to the high swelling capacity, it is important to adjust the liquid in your recipe to achieve the desired results. Ideal for bread, baked goods or as an addition to muesli.
