Description

This vegan oil is versatile. It is gently extracted from the ripe seeds of the flax plant and is cold-pressed. The flaxseed oil gives various dishes a mild, nutty aroma. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, it can also be enjoyed pure. Also perfect for oil pulling.

Application:

Virgin flaxseed oil should only be used cold. It is perfect for dressings, marinades, dips, muesli, smoothies and yoghurt.

Notes:

Always keep tightly closed in the refrigerator. It can be kept for about 8 weeks. Please just also keep in mind the best by date provided on the bottle.
It can also be frozen to extend its shelf life.
