Description

This valuable oil is extracted from microalgae and contains 579 mg EPA and 1158 mg DHA per daily dose and contains more than 2.1 mg omega-3 fatty acids. DHA and EPA are the two most important omega-3 fatty acids. They are essential and cannot be produced by the body, and therefore must be obtained through food. Your body needs them as building blocks for cell membranes among other things. Each daily dose contains 20 μg of vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and maintenance of normal bones, muscles and teeth. The fruity, light lemon flavour is pleasant and is derived from natural flavours.

Recommended dose: Take 5 ml (1 tsp) daily.
