The recipe contains 17 g protein per portion and just 1.4 g sugar. Erythritol and stevia ensure a natural sweet taste without artificial flavours. Fortified with with vitamin B6 and the enzymes bromelain and papain, the powder is versatile and can be used to make shakes, smoothies, porridge and in baking.
Preparation: Stir approx. 30 g into 300 ml water.
