This baking mix by nu3 makes reduced-sugar, gluten-free muffins in no time which you can enjoy without any regrets. Enjoy these flavourful treats with a great nutritional profile for a healthy diet.

Method of preparation:

Add 2 eggs, 200 ml milk and 65 ml oil to the baking mix.
Stir the batter with a mixer until smooth.
Pour the batter into the muffin or cupcake moulds and bake in a 180°C preheated oven (convection) on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes.
