The balanced amino acid mixture of tryptophan, tyrosine, and lysine are included in the recipe.
Papaya is also included in the recipe, and contains papain, which is a protein-splitting enzyme.

Recommended use:

Take 2 capsules with plenty of liquid. Take the capsule either half an hour before or 2 hours after breakfast or lunch with plenty of liquid.
