Description

Vitamin C is probably the most important water-soluble antioxidant, which, among other things, can help protect cells from oxidative stress. It is not synthesised by our bodies independently and must therefore be completely absorbed through our food.

The Super C Complex S/R is a mixture of 1,000 mg of vitamin C, supplemented with bioflavonoids, rose hips and Acerola cherries, among others ingredients. The two bioflavonoids rutin and hesperidin can help improve the absorbency of vitamin C. Furthermore, Super C Complex offers delayed release.

Recommended use:

Take 1 tablet daily or as advised by your physician.
