Description
This tea blend contains carefully selected herbs and spices that reduce increased Pitta. It has warming and agni-stimulating properties with ingredients such as tulsi, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper. It is ideal during the change of seasons.
Recommended dose for adults:
Take 3 g (6 ml) of Kwath powder and add it to 150 ml of boiling water. Drink the mixture once or twice a day like tea. The lowest recommended daily dose is 3 g. The highest recommended daily dose is 6 g.
Tip:
Ayush Kwath can also be refined with jaggery, raisins and / or lemon juice.
Note:
The decoction has a slightly spicy taste, but the cinnamon it contains gives this traditional recipe an interesting note.
