These specially tailored preparations for 3 x 4 weeks contain exquisite bitter herbs and spices based on an ancient recipe from the Hildegard monastery.

Recommended use:

1st - 4th week (Nature Base I - Basic): Introductory Extracellular Deacidification
Dissolve 1 measuring spoonful of Nature-Base-I Basic in a glass of lukewarm water and drink 30 minutes before your first meal in the morning.

In the evening, dissolve 1 measuring spoonful of Nature-Base-I Basic in a glass of lukewarm water and drink at least one hour after dinner.

5th - 8th week (Nature Base II - Intense): Intracellular Deacidification
Take 1 capsule with sufficient water 30 minutes before breakfast and before going to bed every day.

Drop 7 drops of the Bittersegen® herbal bitters into a little water and drink daily before or after a meal, or drop directly on your tongue.

9th - 12th week (Nature Base III - Protection): Final Extra- and Intracellular Deacidification
Dissolve 1 measuring spoonful of Nature-Base-III Protection in a glass of lukewarm water and drink at least 30 minutes before breakfast.

In the evening, dissolve 1 measuring spoonful of Nature-Base-III Protection in a glass of lukewarm water and drink at least 1 hour after dinner,

1st - 12th week (Bittersegen® Herbal Bitters): Intracellular Deacidification
Drop 7-14 drops of Bittersegen® herbal bitters onto your tongue before or after a meal.
