What is Coconut Purée?
- Coconut purée is derived from directly harvested coconut pulp. The pulp is carefully dried and ground to a fine coconut purée. Made WITHOUT artificial flavouring.
- The coconut purée is then filled into glass jars in Germany.
Taste & Inspiration
- By adding warm water (1:5 ratio) to the coconut purée, a delicious and wonderfully nutty coconut milk can be created. Coconut purée can also be used as a spread (coconut butter).
