Description
The Lemax herbal tea blend contains essential herbs such as peppermint leaves, yarrow, dandelion roots and Javanese curcuma.
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
- If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.
