Kräuter Max Joyous Life Herbal Tea Blend

This herbal tea blend is produced according to the original herbal recipe and contains ginkgo and peppermint leaves as well as rosehips and cocoa bean shells.

Preparation:

• For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
• Drink a cup of tea 3-4 time a day between meals. 
• If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.
