Kräuter Max Icelandic Moss No. 2 SL Herbal Tea Blend

This herbal tea made from essential herbs such as marshmallow root, ribwort plantain, fennel fruit and Icelandic moss is produced according to family standards and high quality standards.

Preparation:

• For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
• Drink a cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.
• If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.
