Kräuter Max Family Herbal Tea Blend

The Family herbal tea blend is produced under high quality standards and includes carefully chosen herbs such as raspberry, peppermint and thyme leaves as well as fennel fruit and marigold blossoms.

Preparation:

• For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
• Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
• If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.
