Description

Sencha Green Tea China consists of emerald green leaves and has a characteristic fresh taste. Sencha green tea is much appreciated for its mild taste.

Preparation:
For 1 cup (ca, 200 ml) - pour boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon (ca. 1 - 2g) tea leaves. Steep for 3 - 8 minutes and strain. Drink one cup of tea between meals 3 - 4 times a day.
