Each of these lozenges contains 1000 mcg biotin. They have a fruity lemon flavour and a sweet taste thanks to sweeteners.
Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin and is also known as the “beauty vitamin”.
Biotin contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, maintenance of normal hair & skin and normal psychological function.
Recommended dose:
Allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth daily.
Note:
May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
