Description
Amla C is obtained from the fruit of the Amla tree, which grows along the coasts of India and in Kashmir. This fruit is one of the nine foods that one should eat every day, according to Ayurvedic teachings. Amla C is one of the greatest natural sources of vitamin C and tannins.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule twice a day.
