Description
Methylsulfonylmethane is found in humans, animals and plants. To create the mineral, phytoplankton break down in the sea. This creates MSM, which evaporates in the atmosphere. When it rains, MSM falls to the ground and can then be absorbed by the plants. Onions, garlic, broccoli, nuts, seeds, milk, eggs and cabbage also contain MSM. People and animals absorb MSM when eating their food. It is important to note that heating food significantly reduces its MSM content.
Recommended use:
- Add 3 to 6 g (1 - 2 teaspoons) of the powder per day to a liquid and drink it. Orange juice, smoothies and various other liquids are suitable for this purpose.
Tip:
- Can also be applied to the body during massages or in combination with a nourishing cream.
