Description
Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zylanicum) is most commonly used in the kitchen. It is one of the oldest spices in the world and is extracted from the inner part of the bark of the cinnamon tree. Real Ceylon cinnamon grows in Sri Lanka, large parts of South and Southeast Asia, Madagascar and the Seychelles.
