Use:

• Hair: For dry, damaged hair or split ends, massage a small amount of the oil into dry or damp hair. Start at the roots of the hair and work right through to the tips. Leave on for about 30 minutes and then wash off with shampoo. If the hair is very dry or damaged, leave the oil on overnight.
• Skin: Argan oil can be massaged into the skin, nails, and lips. To do this, warm 2-3 drops of the oil in the clean palms of the hands and massage into the skin in circular movements. Sensitive areas of skin, such as the eye area, should be worked on very gently and only with the fingertips. The oil can be used both during the day and at night and can also be combined with other creams or lotions.
• Bath: Pour approx. 2-5 ml argan oil into the running bath water so that the oil is optimally distributed in the water.
