Recommended use:

Coleus Extract Forskolin + Chrome capsules

• Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon with meals.

Classic Base Powder:

• Mix 1 teaspoon (slightly heaping) of the powder in a glass of water in the morning and in the afternoon and drink with a meal.
