Description
This complex is formulated with optimally balanced, all-natural ingredients that the body can absorb well. These include vitamins such as biotin (B7) which supports normal skin, and pantothenic acid (B5), which contributes to normal energy metabolism. The formulation also contains selenium and zinc which contribute to normal hair and nails. Bamboo extract is the source of silicic acid.

Recommended dosage:
Take one capsule 3 times a day at mealtimes with plenty of liquid.
