Organic Shatavari

  • Shatavari belongs to the family of Asparagaceae. The root is used. In Ayurveda, it is considered a tonic for women. Translated Shatavari means "those who possesses a hundred husbands." Shatavari reduces vata and pitta, while increasing kapha.

Recommended use:

  • Add 1 teaspoon daily to water, a smoothie or warm milk.
