Tiger Nuts are made from the tubers of the Yellow Nutsedge plant, without any added ingredients. They are a wonderful alternative to nuts and have a sweet taste that is similar to almonds.

Recommended use:

Mix 2-3 tablespoons daily with cereal, yoghurt or cream cheese. Sprinkle over salads or use for baking.
