This flour is made from fresh brown flaxseeds that have been gently pressed, partially de-oiled and finely ground. The flaxseed flour is ideal for a wide variety of dishes or baked goods.

The flour can be used in desserts, bread or mixed into cereals, yoghurts or smoothies. It can also be used to thicken sauces or soups.
The resealable, sustainable organic packaging is ideal for storage and is 100% compostable.

Uses:

For baking bread & pastries - When baking, replace 10-20% of the conventional flour with flaxseed flour. If necessary, we recommend increasing the amount of liquid in the recipe slightly until the dough has the desired consistency.
