Description

This baking mix magically transforms into a delicious homemade loaf of bread. Don't have much experience baking? That's no problem with this easy to use mix! Is there anything more delicious than the smell of homemade bread baking? Add a little variety to your diet with this mix!

Tips:

  • As the dough tends to be a bit sticky, make sure to dust your hands and your work surface with flour before shaping the bread.
  • For a crunchier crust, wet the baking paper before baking.
  • Wet the top of the dough before baking and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or oats.
  • When the bottom of the bread is brown, the bread is ready.

Instructions:

  1. Pour the mix into a bowl and add 450ml of water, Knead the dough well by hand or with a suitable mixer.
  2. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it onto a baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise again at room temperature for approx. 20-30.
  5. Preheat the oven (for rolls) to 220 ° C (for a loaf) to 230 ° C.
  6. The baking paper can also be coated with water to make the bread even more crunchy!
  7. Score the bread several times with a knife.
  8. Rolls: Bake at 220 ° C (convection ovens) for approx. 12 minutes. Then remove from the the rolls from the baking sheet and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Bread: Bake at 230 ° C (electric) for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 190 ° C and bake again for about 20 minutes. Finally remove the bread from the baking sheet and let it cool for 10 minutes.
