Description

With this sugar-free and vegan mix, you can make little energy-packed balls to help you keep up with the demands of your daily routine with your breastfeeding baby. Fortified with a vitamin B complex, the balls are quick and easy to prepare and are ideal for on the go or between meals.

Preparation:

Take the contents of the mix in a bowl.
Add 95 ml boiling water to it, stir briefly and let it thicken for 5 minutes.
Shape into 2 cm balls and enjoy.

Tip: Place the prepared energy balls back in the tin and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
