Description

Most people's skin suffers the most from a so-called "over-acidification". The body tries to remove acid by sweating it out through the skin and pores. This leads to skin outbreaks as the skin reacts to the overflow of acidity.

Base Wrap:
For a basic wrap, take a bowl of hot water and mix in a tablespoon of base bath salt. Then immerse a towel into the base water and wrap around the legs, torso and arms.

Use:
1 - 3 times a week, take a full bath or a sitz bath with 2 tablespoons or a foot bath with 1 tablespoon of base bath salts.
For connective tissue treatment to fight cellulite, use 3-7 times a week for at least one hour. Take a full bath with 2 tablespoons of bath salts.
