Description
The special protein blend of 6 different protein types provides the correct amount of protein at the right time, because it is delayed, absorbed and metabolised. Quickly usable whey protein is available immediately after a workout and during the day. Whey protein is particularly important, because it is rich in branched chain BCAA's, without which no muscle formation is possible.
Recommended use:
- Add 2 scoops of Nitro Plex (40 g = 1 serving) to 300 ml of milk or water and stir vigorously. Use a blender to make the process easier.
- Drink 2 servings daily, depending on your body weight.
- Drink preferably before breakfast, as a snack, immediately after a workout and/or before going to bed.
- For best results, you should take a Nitro Plex daily over a period of at least 6 weeks.
