Sweet wormwood is native to Asia. However, now the plant is naturalised around the world. It was already in use in ancient times - Roman soldiers used to rub the leaves on their legs to refresh themselves after long marches. Sweet wormwood contains a variety of valuable ingredients, such as artemisinin.
These vegan high-dose capsules by Solaray contain 300 mg sweet wormwood herb each.
Recommended dosage:
