Maca Powder by Raab Vitalfood can be added to smoothies, juices, plant-bsed drinks, muesli or yoghurt. It is made from Maca roots from Peru that are gently dried and ground into a powder.
Consumption recommendation:
Stir 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) into liquid, yoghurt or muesli per day.
