Description
The 100% whey protein can be prepared with water, which means ingesting less fat and calories than when you prepare the shake with milk. This protein powder with amino acids is low in sugar, aspartame-free and easily soluble.
Recommended use:
- Mix about 4 heaped tablespoons (50g) into 250 ml of water. The manufacturer recommends taking 1 to 4 servings daily before exercise or competition, immediately after workouts/training or before going to bed.
